How to Monitor Requirements and Compliance Status Using Workspaces and Widgets
This guide explains how to monitor compliance status within the Requirements Matrix by creating Workspace dashboards that display requirement-related reports and action items.
Step 1: Enter or Create a Compliance Workspace

Locate the Workspaces in the left navigation.

Enter an existing Compliance Workspace or click the + icon to create a new Workspace.

Step 2: Add a Compliance Widgets

Click Manage Widgets.

Click + ADD WIDGET.

Select the appropriate data source (Form Data or Data Set, depending on how Reports and Action Items are configured).

Choose a widget type such as Table, Bar Chart, Pie Chart, or Line Chart.

Configure the widget to display relevant compliance data, such as:
• Open or Overdue Action Items
• Upcoming or Overdue Reports
• Responsible Party
• Due Dates
• Facility -
Click Create.
Users may create multiple widgets to visualize different aspects of compliance performance.

Step 3: Arrange and Finalize the Workspace

Refresh the Workspace.

Click the Lock icon to unlock the layout.

Resize and position widgets as needed.

Click the Lock icon again to secure the layout.

Compliance Workspaces provide real-time visibility into requirement-related reports and action items. Dashboards allow teams to quickly identify overdue tasks and maintain ongoing compliance oversight.
